Acrobay Gymnastics Trust is a non-profit organisation, we are based in a new purpose built gymnastics facility on Primrose Lane, Rosyth.

The club has recently transformed the new premises in Rosyth into a state of the art training facility with brand new equipment and apparatus to help develop gymnasts at various levels within the sport.

We are Gym Mark accredited, affiliated to Scottish and British Gymnastics and are run by a board of trustees. Acrobay was founded in 2006 by head coach Suzanne Fraser. The club is home to many national champions, medallists and national squad members.  The club is also home to Gymtasia Evolution who were featured on Sky 1s Got to Dance where they reached the final of the show in 2013.

In recent years the club has flourished with help from local councillors, MPs, the local council and a great network of parent and helper support including a fundraising team and committee. The club now has over 200 members in the competition and development sections and has a growing number of pre-school and recreational gymnasts.

We deliver classes in a fun, safe environment led by our great team of enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced coaches who are all qualified through British Gymnastics UKCC scheme. The coaches are all PVG checked.

Acrobay accommodates all levels of gymnasts from recreational to elite competitive squads, our aim is to develop the full potential of each and every gymnast in the club. In addition to our wide range of gymnastics classes on offer we also offer free running classes, parties and a studio for hire. In addition to providing a high level of gymnastics training we aim to instil in our members a life-long passion for sport, exercise and movement and that Acrobay will leave a positive imprint on its members.

Our recreational and development gymnasts have fun while learning basic gymnastics skills and movement, those who show potential to progress in the sport are given the opportunity to continue through the club to elite level should they wish to do so. Through a structured and progressive training programme children develop a range of skills, speed, strength, endurance, agility, performance skills and confidence while at the same time making new friends and enjoying new experiences.

Acrobay has a good reputation as a strong competitive club within Scotland and Britain, winning numerous medals and titles over the past 6 years, we hope to continue to nurture the talent in our club to continue building on this success in coming years.
