Children work independently with the coaches in this 1 hour session, it consists of building on the fundamental gymnastics skills including learning skills on a variety of apparatus.  The children will also have the opportunity to work towards and achieive medals and certificates as part of our Awards Scheme (this will be at an additional cost)
